MyExcelTools provides the following services:

• AI-Powered Tools: AI-powered tools for building, generating, and explaining Excel/Google Sheets formulas from natural language descriptions.
• Transaction Analysis: Advanced filtering, categorization, and insights for financial data.
• Chat Sessions: Conversational interface for formula generation (Pro users).
• Export Tools: PDF cheat sheets.
• Conversion Tools: Tools to convert CSV to Excel, Excel to CSV, and Excel to PDF.
• Utility Tools: Tools to merge or split Excel sheets, clean data, generate QR codes, create pivot tables and charts, perform bulk CSV/Excel conversions, and convert PDF bank statements.

Our services are powered by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT) and are designed to assist with Excel-related tasks.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not barred from using the Service under applicable laws

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

4. Credit Purchase and Billing

• Never expires(it uses the model "pay as you go")

4.2 Pro Pack

Our Pro Pack (USD 12/one-time) includes:

• 150 credits
• Never expires(it uses the model "pay as you go")
• All tools including AI
• Priority support
• Bulk operations

4.3 Enterprise Pack

Our Pro Pack (USD 35/one-time) includes:

• 500 credits
• Never expires(it uses the model "pay as you go")
• All tools including AI
• 24/7 priority support
• Custom integrations

4.4 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• The subscription fee will be charged on a recurring monthly basis
• Billing occurs on the same day each month as your initial subscription date
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds for other circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by MyExcelTools and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Generated Content

Formulas, analyses, and reports generated by our AI are provided to you for your use. However, as AI-generated content, they should be reviewed for accuracy before use in critical applications.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated formulas, categorizations, and analyses may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before use. We are not liable for:

• Incorrect formulas or calculations
• Misclassified transactions
• Inaccurate financial insights
• Data extraction errors from poorly formatted PDFs

8.3 Service Availability

We provide the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected
• That our servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• The accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYEXCELTOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyExcelTools, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you upload or share through the Service

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (LemonSqueezy for payments, OpenAI for AI processing). We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services
• Any damages or losses caused by your use of third-party services

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service:

• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Each party will bear their own costs and expenses

• Change pricing for Pro subscriptions with 30 days' notice

• Impose limits on certain features or services

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyExcelTools regarding the use of our Service, superseding any prior agreements.
